Filters
General use of Filters
If you want to use filters to only see certain parts of your team based on some criteria, you can access them by clicking on “Filters” at the top of your Team Scan Page→Filters.
You will see that the filter “Exclude someone” shows up by default (the reason for this is that it’s easily accessible in case you are in a meeting with someone that is not supposed to see their own TeamScan). When you participate in a talent review, it is essential that you are able to see only the team members that are going to be reviewed during the workshop. You can easily show only the concerned team members (and not the managers that will participate in the talent review - so they don’t see their own scans) by using the filter Manager (n-1 only).

To save one or more filters applied for future usage, you can use the option “Save Filter”.
When you click there, a new window will show up where you can name and save the filter.
In “Load Filter” you will find all filters you have saved that you can use on a differeFew readersDemographic Filters
In the Demographics filter group, you will see 4 filters that can allow you to have different views on your team based on their Age, Gender, Time in Role and Time in Company. Combined with other filters, they could be useful in different cases, for example if you would like to see a selection of your youngest employees based on their competence level, or if employees that have been in your company for a long time are performing well.

These filters will allow you to view your team based on the 7 Dimensions, including the global score.
For example, you can filter your team based on the Global Profiling score, and you can choose to see only the team members that are in their area of strength.
Next, based on the Role Pofile, you could see all team members that have a specific role, for example Coordinator in tSome readersOrganisation Filters
With the Organisation filters you can see different teams or departments. If you are a manager, many of these won’t make sense because managers can only see their own team members. But these filters can be really useful to someone with access to the whole workspace or a big part of it, so someone with an Owner, Admin or an HRBP access role.

The filters in this category are mostly useful for data cleaning - they will allow you to see if certain parts of your data collection are incomplete.
With the Profile Completeness filter you are able to see all team members that have been profiled by their managers, or you are also able to see the ones that still didn’t get profiled. This is useful if, for example, a talent reFew readers

Notes Space - Individual Report & General View
There are two ways to view Notes, according to the user’s needs. Either the user enters Notes space via the side navigation and views all Notes created by him/herself or views Notes per individual team member via the individual report. Both views, however, have the same functionality.

What are Notes?
With Notes we want to offer the user a way to catch his/her thought on a specific topic, no matter what section is opened on the screen.
Notes are a two step process.
First, without being distracted by too many options, there is a text input field where the user can catch his/her thought(s). Notes will automatically reference the location where the user started writing his/her note. However, the reference can be adjusted at any time. Bulk selection
Next to each Note the user will find bulk selection checkboxes. Ticking at least one will open on the right side three feature icons. With bulk selected notes you can
(1) Archive a Note - If Notes become obsolete, they can be put into the archive. Archived Notes do not appear in the default view, but can accessed via the Archive. (2) Forward to presentation view - If specific Notes need to be presented to somebody, the user can select one or many Notes and clickSome readersEdit a Note
To edit a note, go to the individual page of a team member.
Once you enter the individual page, click on “Notes”.
Select the individual note you would like to edit by clicking anywhere on the note.

The “Create Note” overlay is appearing on every page. It is found in the bottom right corner. By clicking on the “Create Note”, the Notes overlay will open.
